Beyond the Building (BTB) was founded in South Australia by Garry Minuzzo in 2009 as a private, family owned Facilities Maintenance Company and its Head Office remains in Adelaide.

Our team of building specialists have over 40 years of industry experience and specialise in managing the entire process of developing a building project from inception through to long term maintenance of a facility.

The businesses core services include Facilities Management, Project Management, Asset Management, Compliance Auditing, Turf and Cricket Pitch Management and Scoping and Consultancy Services. We do not specialise in one particular area of construction but have experience in a wide range of projects in both government and private sectors.
